• “Viewer” means any user accessing our Services without a paid subscription.

TuneWeb may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting them on our website or by other means.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
• Infringes any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Contains viruses or other harmful code.
• Is false or misleading.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by TuneWeb, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of TuneWeb or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Some content and images may be AI-generated. You may not use any content without express written permission from TuneWeb.

Termination

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TuneWeb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TuneWeb be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TuneWeb is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
